| Admission and Withdrawal |
|
| • The admission process begins only by the end of January. Our criteria are |
| • The proximity of the residence of the child. |
| • The role of a qualified mother. |
| • The age - The child must have been born between between April 1st and September 30th of the corresponding year. |
|
We accept date of birth certificates only from the Municipal Corporation or
Anchal Panchayat. Affidavit or hospital certificate will not be accepted. Date of birth once
registered will not be altered. For withdrawal of a student from the school, a Calendar month's
notice must be given in writing otherwise a calendar month's fees will be charged. |

| Fees:- |
|
Fees are paid in 3 installments ( Ist installment during the admission, 2nd installment in August and 3rd installment in December).
All fees to be deposited in the school account with the Catholic Syrian Bank Ltd.,
B-3/7, Opp. Deep Cinema, Ashok Vihar, Phase -II. Fees charged are monthly
Tuition Fees, annual charges, establishment charges. These are meant for field trips,
water play, worksheets, toys, picnics, consumable materials such as clay, stationery
and confectionery.

| Classroom Set up:- |
|
Each class has a qualified teacher
(minimum graduate and a nursery trained) and a qualified attendant. The strength of each class
is 25 children.

| Timings:- |
|
The children to be in school by 8.40 am
to 12.30 pm. The school works from Monday to Friday for the children. First Saturday is a holiday for
the staff members.

| Leave & Absence:- |
|
1. Regular attendance is a prerequisite for
sustained learning. Therefore leave is not a matter of right, but a provision to take care of circumstances
such as illness and unavoidable reasons. The parent should make request for leave in advance only when they
are convinced of its absolute necessity, unless it is an injury or illness.

2. Kindly write in brief the reason for absence
or leave, on record page in this school diary on the day the child resumes school. In case of
illness the parents should send a note to the teacher along with a note from the doctor. If the child is absent
for two days or more.

| Parent-Teacher -Meeting:- |
|
1. Parent-Teacher- Meeting is held on every second Saturday of the month
from 8:30 am to 11 am. Both parents are encouraged to be present with the
child.

| 2. Parents are welcome to meet the teacher on working days between 8 am
and 8.30 am or between 12:45 and 1:30 pm. with prior appointment through the diary.

Boys:- White T-shirt with section wise ribs around the neck and from shoulder to the sleeves . Blue shorts with the coloured rib on the edge and white socks with two rings in section-wise colour.

Girls:- White T-shirt with section wise ribs around the neck and from shoulder to the sleeves . Blue skirts with the coloured rib on the edge and white socks with two rings in section-wise colour.

|
Velcro Sports shoes or sandals of any colour but with out fancy lights and sound.

Boys & Girls : Navy blue track suits with section wise ribs.Velcro sports shoes with Grey woollen socks .

| Evaluation:- |
1. Evaluation of the child's progress is done and the report given once in 3 months.
|
|
2. The report is based on continuous evaluation of the child in the class. It is not done a
day before giving the report card; it is done on a regular basis.
|
|
Children are born curious with a strong desire to learn. It is our job to
strengthen that disposition and we do this by giving them ample opportunities to explore,
make choices and learn from experiences. We at Montfort Nursery School focus on tapping
individual potential and individualized learning. We believe in an integrated, holistic
approach to learning. All learning is through play and is child - centered.

| Health Check Up:- |
|
Regular Health Check up is done and reported to the parents.
|

| The day's time table:- |
The day beings with morning prayer, light exercises and Birthday celebrations if any.
The children assemble in the hall. Music and toys are extra attraction for them.
