Montfort Academics
Creating a Successful and Solution-Oriented Mindset
The founding father of the school, Louis de Montfort strongly advocated the philosophy, “Schools are like
nursery gardens in which children like little trees, are pruned and trained with care that they may bring
forth and grow good fruit.” We, at Montfort, grail for “Total Education”, tending to the holistic development
of an individual.
At Montfort, juvenile minds are prepared to become world leaders and nation builders, by inculcating moral
and cultural ethics while bringing into play the Child Centric Pedagogical Approach to classroom teaching.
The school advocates Life skills-based education which centres on cultivating personal developmental
skills such as Self-Reflection, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving and Interpersonal Skills. Teachers are
well acquainted with this competency-based education deliverance through profuse formal training. Our
educators have got prestigious National and State awards for their remarkable contribution to Indian
Education.

Students embody the future generation of the nation. After finishing their education, they will be joining
the workforce, fulfilling their dreams and contributing to society. After having studied and gained practical
knowledge about the essence of life, they embark to form the building blocks of the nation, by accomplishing
their aspirations and being conducive to the society. Laying their academic foundation and exhorting them
to persevere with their aspirations starts early.
Education, at the primary level, is imparted through various interactive methods by competent faculty.
The Play-Way Method and various Literary Activities are the cynosures for our tiny tots. Over the years,
Montfort has inspired its pupils to make their dreams concrete and achieve their full potential by 3 uplifting
words “For God & Country”.
The school hankers for the students to transcend in all arenas of life and be self-directed, so they learn to
be individualistic learners and open-minded people. Over the past decades, Montfort has fostered a number
of Toppers/Scholarship Winners across the diverse disciplines. But the one in particular, which is the most
pre-eminent is the class of 2016 student, Sukriti Gupta, who topped the All-India CBSE Examinations with
99.4% in grade 12, and the Delhi CBSE Topper, Nimisha Chaudhary of 2016 Batch with 97.2%, who was
felicitated by the former Chief Minister of Delhi.
