            Guidance and counselling cell organised           Rachita Narang talked about puberty and its

                                                              On 25th July 2021 a teacher’s seminar was
                                                              organised by the Pratham group on Zoom.

                                                              More than 200+ teachers attended the
                                                              seminar. Resource person Dr. Itishree Mishra
                                                              (PhD in Applied Psychology and founder of
                                                              MapMyCareer) talked about what features make
                                                              a teacher caring for students. Students remember
                                                              features like confidence, amazing, exceptional,
                                                              kind, humorous, thoughtful and understanding.

                                                              Research conducted by Dr Itishree and her team
                                                              was discussed in length and it pointed to a
                                                              child’s perception about a caring teacher.
