I am glad to note that Montfort School, Ashok Vihar is celebrating its Golden jubilee. The history
of the past 50 years of Montfort School is marked by remarkable achievements with the vision and
mission of our founder St. Louis-Marie de Montfort. Today it stands as one of the top schools in the
country.

Thank the Lord for the numerous blessings He has showered upon this institution and the manifold
accomplishments and accolades it has gathered. I take this opportunity to congratulate the present
and the past principals, members of the staff, students and parents for taking this institution to the
zenith of its glory. I feel proud that thousands of young children enter the portal of this temple of
learning and leave it as enlightened and refined persons after their educational sojourn here. Today
they shine like jewels in society as responsible global citizens.

I cherish fond memories of my rewarding tenure of 9 years as principal and 3 years as vice
principal. It was a privilege to work with the well-motivated and committed teaching fraternity, an
exceptionally talented and enthusiastic student community who were always ready to take up any
challenge that presented itself. I appreciate parents who were ever obliging to cooperate and walk
with the institution to ensure the best for their wards.
May the Montfortians ever shine as icons of righteousness and excellence in every field of life
and become assets to the society and our nation. May we continue to strive towards meaningful
education, for God and the country.
