“Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever.” (Psalm 107:1)
Ripples of joy and flashes of memories capture my mind as I look back on our initial days in Montfort
school Delhi. It goes back to February 1992 when the Principal, brother Phillip, welcomed us, the
St. Joseph of Cluny Sisters to Montfort school to collaborate with them in the vast field of education.
What I cherish most is the joy and enthusiasm, the appreciation and cooperation that brought out
the best in us, as well as in the staff and the students. In our search for new horizons, we were
greeted with fresh ideas which gave birth to creativity and multiple activities which the children and
the staff welcomed and enjoyed. Those were the happy days full of life and vitality.
Today, I look back with immense Joy and Gratitude to God and the Montfort Brothers for allowing us
to do a little good to the young, who are to blossom tomorrow.
As you are set ready to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of your prestigious Institution, I wish the
blessings of the Almighty, may you continue to bring out the best in each student and enjoy fruitfully
this very coveted and lovely journey called “Life”
