q Many guided videos and PPTs were shown for
a comprehensive understanding of the topics,
especially on multiple intelligences, Kolb’s
Learning Cycle & Experiential Learning styles.
q 4 stages from Diverters to Accommodators of
Kolb’s learning cycle were explained through
PPT, Videos & open discussions.
q Speaker asked various questions about school
resources and what all students can be taught
through those resources. i.e. Principal’s Office,
Security Cabin, & Auditoriums, etc.
q Day 2 ended with Bro. Principal’s address on
CBSE changes, which was announced in one of
the sessions he had attended.
Day 3, 27 May 2020
q Day 3 started with the quote “Don’t try to be the
best, be the first to set the change”.
q Content covered on day-3 - Prerequisite

Objectives, Experiential Learning Activities,
Learning Outcome – Procedures &
Methodologies, Special Education Needs &
Assessment.
q The last day of the session was even more
productive, as teachers were enthusiastic to
learn and grab more.
q While covering the content, the speaker
advised the teachers to practice compassion
and kindness, the two important factors of
constructive student care. In her address, she
also very kindly shared her own experiences as
a teacher, principal & now as an educationist
and highlighted the technicalities of cognitive
learning that the teachers could follow by taking
reference from Bloom’s Taxonomy, working
from lower levels of learning towards higher-
order thinking skills.
q The workshop was interesting and informative,
making the teachers rethink and rework their
strategies for more effective learning.
q Towards the end, we had a digital photograph
and a feedback session, and the final closure
was given by the Principal Bro. Thampy Alex,
where he thanked Ma’am Pongal Punitha for
collaborating with Montfort School, Delhi, and
for the smooth conduct of the webinar.
